Pearls & Paris are Partners in Creation (not crime) on a quest to make healing feel less like a chore and more like a celebration of you.
Their journey began when Paris introduced Pearls to transformative practices like breathwork and plant medicine, while Pearls brought creativity and expression into the mix. Together, they explored everything from talk therapy to meditation to yoga, searching for answers to the crippling stress and trauma they carried in their bodies.
But it wasn’t until they discovered nervous system regulation and somatic healing that everything clicked.
Here’s the life-changing truth they learned:
healing doesn’t have to be serious all the time. In fact, it can be fun, playful, and even liberating.
That’s why they created The Art of Healing, a space where you can reconnect with your body, release the emotional weight you’ve been carrying, and rediscover the joy of living freely.

The Turning Point
For Pearls, the journey took a deeply personal turn when she was bedridden for over a year with chronic stomach pain. Doctors couldn’t find anything wrong, leaving her frustrated and desperate for answers.
At the same time, Paris was struggling with chronic anxiety, feeling constantly on edge and overwhelmed by the smallest stressors. Together, they were forced to look beyond traditional medicine and explore alternative healing methods.
That’s when they discovered somatic healing. A practice that helped Pearls release the trauma stored in her body and finally find relief, while giving Paris tools to calm his nervous system and break free from the grip of anxiety.
This shared experience became the foundation of The Art of Healing. They realised that true healing isn’t just about treating symptoms, it’s about addressing the root cause, which often lies in the nervous system and the body.
